The Getting Ready Space
Whether it’s a hotel room, a designated room in your house, or an Airbnb make a clear and clean space for getting ready time. Tidy up and rearrange the room as needed to provide as much room and natural light as possible.
Think about setting up some extra chairs and getting extension cords or making outlets accessible for the hair and makeup artists!
Stick to the Timeline
Make one and stick to it!
Seriously, Just do it! Whether you have a planner there to make sure this happens or not you need to stay on track because a setback first thing in the morning will create a snowball effect for the rest of the day.
What to Wear
We have all seen those absolutely adorable pictures on Instagram of bridesmaids in cute matching robes, hair and makeup did, giggling, popping champagne on a bed. Plan ahead and decide if this is something for you and then order you and your girls some robes that match your wedding style!
Food & Drink
Super important- you don’t want anyone getting hangry or feening for their cup of coffee throughout the morning of by the time ceremony rolls around.

Seriously, don’t worry about the boys. They are probably all sitting in their getting a ready room together watching TV, playing on their phones, and reminiscing on old times… you reminded them enough times yesterday, the day before, and the day before when they needed to be ready by. Think about anything and everything you want to be photographed when your photographer arrives. This includes both what you want to be photographed, who you want to be photographed, and any special moments you may want to be captured by the photographer all your little details, personal items, etc. The Night before to ensure nothing gets missed.
Pack an Emergency Kit
We recommend that every bride have a day-of kit that they either bring or designate someone to bring to the venue. This should include things like scissors, tweezers, mints, Listerine, tape, a pair of sandals, Advil, and any makeup needed for touch-ups.
